Let’s work together

  1. Comprehensive Health History and Ongoing Assessment

    • If not completed in a previous Initial Consultation, a detailed history will include past and current medical conditions, treatments, and surgeries; a history of chronic conditions, symptoms, and exposures; stress and emotional wellbeing; and your current lifestyle and environment. This helps identify underlying imbalances, patterns or contributing factors that may affect your healing process.

  2. Ongoing Discussion of Diagnosis and Treatment

    • We will review your cancer diagnosis, including type, stage, and pathology; continuously monitor your response to medical treatments and discuss options that are available to you; discuss side effects you are experiencing and your quality of life; coordinate lifestyle and nutrition strategies to align with your oncology care plan; and explore integrative and functional options that complement your treatment. The goal is to create synergy between all of the treatments that you and your oncology team choose in order to optimize outcomes.

  3. Targeting Cellular and Mitochondrial Health

    • A core focus of long-term coaching is to enhance healing at the cellular and mitochondrial level, where true health begins. We will work on restoring redox balance, supporting mitochondrial energy production and cellular repair, and improving cellular signaling. When you restore function at this level, you unlock powerful ripple effects throughout the body, leading to: better gut health, improved sleep quality, reduced inflammation, improved metabolic health, better detoxification, and stronger immune function. This cellular-first approach not only supports cancer recovery, but also builds long-term vitality and resilience.

  4. Environmental and Lifestyle Transformation

    • Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, this is about building a personalized, adaptable lifestyle that empowers your healing and strengthens your body’s ability to thrive - before, during, or after cancer. We will work closely over time to improve: your light environment; nutrition and hydration; movement and lymphatic flow; emotional and mindset resilience; stress management and nervous system regulation; and your physical environment.

  5. Additional Services Offered

    • As a long-term coaching client, you will have access to educational resources and messaging support that will help you understand and prioritize changes to your lifestyle and environment. Insurance appeal letters are also available for purchase by our clients.

The Cancer Coaching Program includes six one-hour sessions and two additional check-in sessions that must be used within a four month period. Additional coaching sessions can be purchased after the program is completed.
