Our coaching model and philosophy

We invest deeply in each client we work with. Our combined expertise will provide you with information and discussions that you expect to come from your doctor but, because of their hectic schedules and limited purview, are not always forthcoming. You will become part of our family, the people we think about every day, and we will endeavor to learn as much as possible about your diagnosis and the day-to-day needs of you and your family. Our conversations will center on your priorities while also ensuring that you are aware of the breadth of options that are available to you.

There may be aspects of care within the conventional medical system that are essential to your healing and recovery, even though they are also toxic or cancer-causing in and of themselves. Every cancer treatment comes with both risks and benefits, requiring you to make hard decisions with no clear road map to guide you. We aim to provide you with information that can help you make these decisions and questions that you can ask your trusted medical provider in order to gain more clarity, access the best care possible, or navigate complementary options to improve outcomes.

When it comes to recovery, the pathway for nature-based healing that we share through our coaching program was chosen intentionally after a deep dive into health and wellness research following Julie's cancer diagnosis. This research led to a fresh understanding of how our bodies actually maintain health and vitality, helping us to understand and address the root cause of disease. As a follow-up to your chosen cancer treatments, we believe this path is the most effective way to reduce the risk of having a recurrence of cancer and that it truly applies to all of us.

This holistic view of you and your body is an important part of cancer treatment and recovery that is not provided anywhere in the medical system.
